The ECube cooling tower is an advanced open-circuit evaporative cooling system engineered to deliver efficient heat rejection while minimising energy consumption, water usage, and operating costs. Based on the proven principle of evaporative cooling, warm process water is evenly distributed over high-performance polypropylene fill packs, where it comes into direct contact with a counterflow air stream generated by high-efficiency EC centrifugal fans. The evaporation of a small portion of the circulating water removes heat from the remaining water, providing highly efficient cooling with low energy input.
Designed for maximum performance and long-term durability, the ECube cooling tower features a modular construction that allows the cooling tower to be configured according to specific project requirements. The housing is manufactured in high-quality stainless steel, ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life even in demanding industrial environments. Different material grades, fan sections, silencers, and optional components make the ECube a highly flexible solution for a wide variety of cooling applications.
