The REF-EC cooling tower is a closed-circuit cooling tower designed for installations requiring reliable thermal control and complete protection of the process fluid. In the closed-circuit configuration, the fluid circulates inside a high-efficiency heat exchange coil, while cooling water is sprayed over the external coil surface and air is forced through the unit to remove heat through the evaporative cooling process. This configuration prevents direct contact between the process fluid and the atmosphere, ensuring cleaner operation, reduced contamination risks, and stable performance over time.

The unit features a robust hot-dip galvanized steel Z-725 structure, designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life even in demanding industrial environments. The high-quality heat exchange coils are manufactured from steel tubes and subjected to strict testing procedures to ensure reliability, mechanical strength, and consistent thermal performance under operating pressure. The integration of EC (Electronically Commutated) centrifugal fan technology enables variable-speed operation and optimized airflow management, allowing the REF-EC cooling tower to automatically adapt to changing thermal loads.
