Site Team Leader (M/F) – Permanent Contract Based in Valence (26)

For our installation, commissioning and maintenance activities for our evaporative and adiabatic cooling systems

General Missions:

Reporting to the Head of Operations Services, your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and coordinate the activity of a team (staff, subcontractors, temporary workers). In the case of supervision, manage the staff provided by the client.
• Carry out the planning of intervention phases in conjunction with the client (site assembly, commissioning, testing…).
• To plan and coordinate the intervention of machines and equipment for operations.
• Participate in preparatory meetings for operations.
• Intervene on site
• Organize the logistics of the equipment (HP cleaner, platform) for the operations (including at the end of the operation);
• On-site inventory and equipment management
• Drafting intervention reports, as well as internal operational reports and minutes of final acceptance of operations;
• Sign the prevention plans and ensure that the safety rules are respected by the staff under your responsibility.
• Managing risks related to the design, installation, or organization of the equipment construction site with support
