Head of Design Office (M/F) – Permanent Contract

General Missions:

Within the Technical department, your main responsibilities will be:

• To provide supervision and organization of the Design Office to guarantee the quality of studies and adherence to deadlines.
• To be the main point of contact for the various internal departments (BE/BM/Production/QHSE / Commerce / DT).
• Participate in contract reviews before order launch
• Manage and monitor the activity schedule within the engineering department in relation to the production schedule.
• Ensuring the relevance of technical choices, you supervise mechanical design projects on SolidWorks and provide support on complex issues.
• Manage the Standards library and design tools
• Prepare internal and client documentation
• Supervise specific projects until completion.
• Provide intra- and inter-departmental technical support.
• Validate the files after the design phase
• Manage site measurements and design points.
