Pontault-Combault, April 2026
COFINAIR, a leading European player in cooling solutions, announces the construction of its future industrial site in Criquetot-sur-Longueville (Seine-Maritime, France). This strategic project will support the Group’s industrial transformation and the creation of COFINAIR France by 2027.
A major industrial investment to support growth
COFINAIR is investing more than €25 million, representing nearly one-third of its 2025 revenue (€75 million). The objective is clear: to accelerate the Group’s growth and reach €100 million in revenue by 2030, notably by expanding into high-potential markets such as data centers.
A single site to enhance industrial performance
The future facility will consolidate activities currently spread across three sites in Normandy. Built on a 4-hectare site, it will offer nearly 16,000 sqm of floor space, integrating production, logistics, R&D, and office areas.
Designed as a next-generation industrial facility, it will:
- increase production capacity;
- optimize industrial flows;
- enhance competitiveness;
- reduce lead times.
A project supporting employment and regional development
The project includes the transfer of existing teams with no job cuts, alongside progressive recruitment aligned with the site’s ramp-up. It reinforces COFINAIR’s long-term commitment to the Normandy region and its industrial footprint in France.
Addressing the markets of tomorrow
With this new facility, COFINAIR is accelerating its positioning in fast-growing sectors:
- data centers
- hydrogen
- carbon capture
These markets, driven in particular by the rise of artificial intelligence, require high-performance and sustainable cooling solutions.
A facility designed with environmental performance in mind
The project incorporates a strong environmental approach, including:
- photovoltaic energy production
- landscaped green areas
- optimized energy consumption
The ambition is to combine industrial performance with environmental responsibility.
A long-term industrial vision
Backed by a family-owned shareholder structure, COFINAIR is able to pursue long-term strategic investments, supporting sustainable growth and industrial excellence.
