CFG-A Evaporative Cooler and Condenser

The CFG-A evaporative Cooler and Condenser is an evaporative heat exchanger designed to combine refrigerant condensation and water or glycol cooling within a single compact system. This innovative 2-in-1 configuration integrates two separate high-efficiency heat exchange coils: one dedicated to refrigerant condensation, where the gas changes phase into liquid, and one dedicated to cooling water or glycol solutions circulating within the process.

During operation, the coils are continuously wetted by a water distribution system, while axial fans generate an airflow in a counterflow direction to the falling water. Heat is removed through the combined effect of air convection and water evaporation, allowing the unit to achieve excellent thermal performance while maintaining low energy consumption.

Designed for reliability and long service life, the CFG-A evaporative Cooler and Condenser features a robust construction, optimised coil PED-certified (Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU), and an efficient axial fan ventilation system. Thanks to its compact footprint and dual functionality, the CFG-A provides an efficient and flexible solution for industrial systems requiring simultaneous refrigerant condensation and process fluid cooling, reducing installation complexity, optimising space, and lowering overall operating costs.
