TOPAZ NEO adiabatic cooler

The TOPAZ NEO III adiabatic cooler is a high-performance induced-draft dry cooler designed to maximise energy efficiency while minimising water consumption. During standard operating conditions, the unit functions as a high-efficiency dry cooler, with process fluid circulating through vertical finned tube heat exchangers and ambient air drawn across the coils by low-noise EC axial fans. When outdoor temperatures rise, the integrated adiabatic pre-cooling section automatically wets dedicated evaporative pads, reducing the temperature of the incoming air and enabling the fluid to be cooled below the ambient dry-bulb temperature.

This intelligent hybrid operating principle allows the TOPAZ NEO III to remain in dry mode for most of the year, using water only during peak ambient conditions. The result is significantly lower annual water consumption compared to conventional evaporative cooling systems, while maintaining excellent thermal performance and minimising overall operating costs.

Designed around a Zero-Aerosol concept, the TOPAZ NEO III does not spray water into the airflow. Water is exclusively used to humidify the adiabatic pads, eliminating the formation of airborne droplets, removing the need for chemical water treatment, and drastically reducing the risk of Legionella. Equipped with EC fan technology, certified high-efficiency heat exchange coils, and an intelligent water management system with recirculation, the TOPAZ NEO III provides a reliable, sustainable, and easy-to-maintain cooling solution for industrial and commercial applications.
