The ZENIT cooling tower is engineered to provide efficient evaporative cooling for industrial processes and HVAC systems, combining high thermal performance with advanced energy-saving technologies. Warm process water is evenly distributed over high-efficiency polypropylene fill packs, where it comes into direct contact with a counterflow air stream generated by EC motor fans. The evaporation of a small amount of water removes heat from the remaining water, ensuring efficient cooling with low energy consumption.
Designed for long-term durability and hygienic operation, the ZENIT cooling tower features a robust casing made of hot-dip galvanised steel with folded panels for enhanced rigidity and leak-tightness. An optional X-STEEL stainless-steel construction provides exceptional corrosion resistance for aggressive environments. The innovative assembly system eliminates bolts and welds in all components in contact with water, reducing corrosion risks, preventing bacterial growth, and simplifying maintenance operations.
The integration of high-efficiency EC motor fans enables intelligent variable-speed airflow control, automatically adapting cooling capacity to changing thermal loads while minimising power consumption and noise emissions. Combined with an optimised low-pressure water distribution system, high-performance polypropylene fill packs, and large inspection openings for easy service access, the ZENIT cooling tower delivers reliable performance, low maintenance requirements, and sustainable operation throughout its service life.
