DECSA, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, its own Organization, Management and Control Model and Code of Ethics pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as amended, as well as the company’s policy on the protection and processing of personal data, has activated an internal reporting channel for the management of reports.
Reports concern conduct, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of DECSA of which the reporter has become directly aware by reason of the employment/collaboration relationship.
Reports may be made anonymously or confidentially, in writing or orally.
How to make a report:
- in paper format (by regular mail), addressed to the Supervisory Board, indicating in the subject line “SIGNALING” and on the sealed envelope the words “CONFIDENTIAL.”
- through the dedicated internal reporting channel by logging on to https://areariservata.mygovernance.it/#!/WB/DECSA;
- by sending a notice by e-mail to odv@decsa.eu;
- Through telephone lines.
