The KH cooling tower is a forced-draft counterflow evaporative cooling tower designed to provide efficient and reliable heat rejection for industrial applications. Warm process water is evenly distributed over the high-performance FREEFILM fill pack through an optimised water distribution system, while air is drawn through the fill in a counterflow direction by efficient axial fans. This configuration maximises the contact between air and water, ensuring excellent heat transfer performance with reduced energy consumption.
Designed for durability and easy maintenance, the KH cooling tower features a robust steel casing engineered to withstand demanding industrial environments. The fan and motor assembly are positioned outside the humid airflow, significantly reducing exposure to moisture, corrosion, and mechanical wear. This design increases component lifetime while allowing easy access for inspection and maintenance operations.
The KH cooling tower combines compact design, installation flexibility, and reliable operation. The single-side air intake simplifies positioning and integration into existing systems, while large access openings provide convenient access to internal components.
